ENTHUSIASM MARKED THE VIRTUAL RALLY OF HONOURABLE PRIME MINISTER NARENDRA MODI
Ludhiana-08-February (Harjeet Singh khalsa)Enthusiasm and sense of affiliation prevailed throughout the virtual rally of Bhartiya Janta Party which was addressed today by the honourable Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi ji. Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi commenced his address with, “Waheguru Ji Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh. He referred to BJP and NDA as an alliance that has always given due acknowledgment to the Punjabi Virsa. He was addressing the voters of Ludhiana and Fatehgarh Sahib through today’s virtual rally. Taking a jibe at the other political parties, PM said that for them Punjab is only a political battleground for them whereas for BJP Punjab has always been symbolic of bravery and rich heritage. “Other political parties safeguarded the perpetrators of violence towards Sikhs but we punished the culprits which reflects at the basic differences in the ideologies,” added the PM. The Prime Minister also referred to the 11 commitments terming it to the new roadmap drawn by the BJP for Punjab which includes development in border areas, house for every EWS family, fertiliser subsidy for farmers, state- centre partnership to end cross border drug and weapon smuggling. It is pertinent to mention that all the workers, activists and the leaders of BJP along with the electorate attended the virtual rally at three different locations in Ludhiana West. All these arrangements were made under the aegis of Advocate Bikram Singh Sidhu the BJP candidate from Ludhiana West. Dussehra Ground in Kitchlu Nagar was one of the main venues where the people and all the BJP workers falling under Bharat Nagar Mandal attended this virtual rally. Large screens were put up and advocate Bikram Singh Sidhu was present at this venue. Midha Chowk in Jawahar Nagar camp was the second venue of the rally where activists, workers and leaders falling under the SBS Nagar Mandal and Aggar Nagar Mandal attended the rally. The third venue was Sham Nagar fatak, Sunet, BRS Nagar L block that witnessed a large attendance of BJP workers.
